I need a precise mistake
So precise that it’s mistaken as wisdom

I need a good sense
So good that even mistakes can be precise

I need a bad habit
So bad that good sense becomes the only hope

I need a broken hope
So broken that only love can unbreak it

Since then, in the empire of nowness
What more do I need?

I believe that the poet’s message is that love is the ultimate way to survive and to live. The reference to “empire of nowness” suggests that existence is empty, that there is no past or future, but only what exists now, and the present is all one needs to be concerned.
