A poet writes for love
a love he could not take on
so he writes on
and his life goes on
until this love is gone

so you might easily find out
a good poem about love
is too ideal to be real
and it becomes a classic
and a little bit tragic
for you could neither
touch nor taste


詩人為愛而寫
一種愛，他無法承受
於是他寫阿寫
他的生命走阿走
直到此愛消逝

因此你輕易發現
一首關於愛的好詩
過度理想而不真實
於是它變成經典
於是有一點哀傷
因你摸不著，也嚐不到

a love ... ... a kind of love?
will “ tragic” too strong a word for 「哀傷」?
「於是他寫阿寫／他的生命走阿走」... ... 是「啊」，對嗎？
