我不能告訴你我媽媽的樣子
她從沒在我身邊出現過
但我知道媽媽是怎樣的
她有一件非常寬松的長袍
我以前在裏面，現在在外面

我把媽媽畫在地上，那麽
我躺在她上面，也就躺在她裏面
這樣我就不會摔倒掉出來
要是有什麽東西走近
我能聽到從媽媽心裏傳來的警告

請你們不要踩到這些線
因為它們罩著我，裹著我的夢

I cannot tell you how my mother looks like
She has never been by my side
But I know what a mother is
My mother has a loose jilbab
And I was inside it and now I am outside

Now I draw my mother on the ground
So when I lie on her, I am inside too
And I will not fall
I can hear warnings from my mother’s heart
Whenever something comes near

Please do not tread these lines
Because they house me, swaddling my dreams
